This fascinating afternoon workshop will include an introduction to the ancient Exmoor pony breed and explore how we can release the stresses of every day life and become more mindful, self aware and focused on the present moment.

We'll conclude with reflection and optional discussion over tea, coffee and cakes. (No equine experience or pony handling necessary).
